Welcome! We are happy breeders of
registered British White Cattle in the Pineywoods of
East Texas. This ancient polled breed is renowned for
it's unique beauty, gentle nature, and outstanding
carcass. The beef
qualities have been described for over a hundred years
as finely marbled with a thin covering of backfat, and
above average carcass yields.
Their gentle nature seems at times so remarkable as to be surely the result of the sprinkling of a bit of ancient Fairy Dust travelling through the ages.
This gentle breed is also highly Feed Efficient. Their easy-keeping qualities at pasture have long been appreciated by breeders, and now confirmed with DNA testing for Feed Efficiency markers.
